    Wedding Day Management

    This package is for the bride that has completed all of the planning, design & vendor selections one month or more in advance. All this bride needs is a professional wedding coordinator to step in and put her vision together. We use the information that you have provided to make sure that your event goes as planned.

    This package is for the bride that has some of their vendors hired and most of the big decisions made, but they’d like to hand everything over to someone else to manage moving forward so you can sit back, relax, and prepare to walk down the aisle.

Get to Know Natalie

I’m a wedding planner, design lover, professional detail-obsessor, and firm believer that your wedding should be one heck of a good time.

I’ve always been the person who loves bringing people together. Give me a reason to celebrate, a room to transform, and a million little details to obsess over, and I’m in my happy place. Over the years, that love turned into a career and Natalie Marie Events was born from my obsession with creating weddings that feel incredibly personal, beautifully designed, and genuinely fun.

I’m not here to plan a wedding that could belong to anyone. I want to know what makes you you — what you love, what you don’t, how you want your guests to feel, and the little things that will make your wedding unmistakably yours. Then I take all of those pieces and turn them into a celebration that feels effortless, elevated, and a little unexpected.

With a degree in Event Management from Rosen College of Hospitality and certifications in weddings and design from The Bridal Society, I’ve spent more than seven years working in the wedding industry. I’ve planned everything from intimate celebrations to full-scale parties, and I’ve learned that the best weddings aren’t necessarily the biggest or most elaborate, they’re the ones where every detail has a purpose and everyone in the room is having the time of their lives.

My job is to handle the logistics, solve the problems before you ever know they existed, obsess over the timeline, and make sure all those pretty details actually come together. Your job? Enjoy being engaged, have a great time with your people, and soak it all in.

When I’m not planning weddings, life looks a little different and I love it. I’m a mom to my son, Luca, and getting to experience life through his eyes has made me appreciate the little moments even more. You’ll also find me exploring Orlando’s food scene with my husband, adventuring with our dog Rosie, singing dramatically to a good ’70s playlist, or fully committed to a reality TV binge that I will absolutely pretend I’m not watching.

If you’re looking for a planner who will care about the tiny details and the big picture, who gets just as excited about the design as the dance floor, and who wants your wedding to feel like the best version of you, I think we’re going to get along really well.
